Your evaluation seems to be based solely on the price versus free. You didn't consider whether the product supports tagging or grouping of passwords (very important in separating work from personal from shared passwords). You didn't look at whether the product offers a family or group/team version of the product. Bit Warden is a great product for reasons other than being open source and offering a generous free tier.
